Harmony Grove uses your information to better connect with you and to connect you with others involved with our ministry. Payment information given by you through our online giving platform is used to process your donations, and, as stated above, is not retained in any way by Harmony Grove Baptist Church itself.

Harmony Grove may provide your information to third parties to process a transaction you have initiated with us. We and our Closely Affiliated Organizations use personal information for internal purposes and to connect with you and other individuals involved with us.

We are committed to protecting your personal and payment information. Harmony Grove Baptist Church has implemented security measures, including internet encryption software, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, and firewalls to prevent information from being compromised.

Any hard copies of your checks or other personal documents needed for contributions processing will be locked in a secure safe and will be shredded after 90 days. Your contribution record will be retained so that we may properly record your donations according to legal expectations for record keeping. Digital copies of payment information is accessible only by authorized individuals to process this information.

Online contributions processing information (bank account numbers, credit/debit card numbers & the like) WILL NOT be retained by us.
